Admission Procedure

A parent or a guardian of a new student seeking admission must note that the following attachments are necessary at the time of registration for forms.

  • The Municipal Board / Cantt. Board / Gram Parishad Birth Certificate. For Christians, copy of the Baptismal Certificate also to be attached. (certificates issued by Nursing Home / Hospitals will not be accepted).
  • Two recent passport size photographs of the child.
  • One recent passport size photograph of the child with his / her parents.
  • Proof of address.
  • A certificate from a registered medical practitioner stating the child'sphysical condition and dates of immunization against infectious contagious diseases and indicating allergies or recurring illness, if any, along with a photo copy of immunization card. 6. Photocopy of Category certificate in case SC / ST / OBC.

No child less than 3 years of age or more that 4 years by the beginning of the academic year will be admitted to LKG. The date of birth supplied at the time of admission cannot be changed at a later date.

In case of new admission, all dues are to be paid at the time of admission. After the completion of admission process, no fees will be refunded under any circumstances or situations. If revision of fees is found necessary, it will be carried out at any time during the academic year. If the fees are not paid within the specified date, student's name will be removed from the school roll without any notice and re-admission may be granted entirely at the discretion of the Principal. Fresh admission fees shall be payable in cash before such re-admission along with the arrears of fees including the fine in full. There may be an annual increase of 10% in fees every year.

All admissions will be strictly on the merit of the candidate. Any effort to get admission by offering donations to the school or by recommendation will debar a student from getting admission.

The school management reserves to itself the right to admit or refuse pupils seeking admission to the school without furnishing any reasons whatsoever. Similarly the management decides on the question of retaining a student in the class arises.


A clear calendar month's notice for withdrawal from school must be given in writing by the parents / guardian. If a child is withdrawn without notice as prescribed, one month's fee will be charged in lieu of notice along with the full term fees. Such notice must not include any part of the holidays. No allowance will be made for broken periods.

The application for the T.C. will be entertained only within a period of six months from the date of absence from the school and not later. A sum of Rs. 100 will be charged for the T.C. if the T.C. is urgently required due to unavoidable circumstances, it may be issued on a payment of an additional amount of Rs. 500.

If a student is withdrawn before completing a full academic year. Fee for the remaining part of the year has to be paid.
