“What is the essence of life? To serve others and to do good.”
Spoken by the Greek philosopher Aristotle over 2300 years ago, one of the most ancient quotes about community service offers proof that giving back to the community is hardly a new concept.
With so many people less fortunate than us, we teach our students to leave the world a little better than how they found it. Helping the less privileged is a form of gratitude and service to God and humanity. And so, from time to time, the school extends a helping hand to various orphanages, old age homes and the likes, in order to uplift our less fortunate brethren. Generous donations in the form of food items and other household materials are sent periodically to various homes and centres throughout the city.
